Even if Freediving is a big part of Spearfishing, these 2 sports are different.

It is necessary to be a confirmed / trained Freediver to become a good Spearo.

I have created this package to bring you a 2-in-1 course, so you become a certified Freediver able to hunt fish safely and effectively.

This first part will be dedicated to the FREEDIVER course - SSI Freediving Level 1.

A theory class, pool or beach shore sessions and an open water trip will give you the necessary knowledge and technical skills to become a certified Freediver (licence recognised internationally).

Now that you are a certified Freediver, we will go over the equipment and techniques specific to Spearfishing -   SSI Basic Spearfishing. 

The different spearguns and hunting techniques or skills specific to Spearfishing will be reviewed in a theory class, we will then train them during a pool session .

This first part will be dedicated to the FREEDIVER course - SSI Freediving Level 1.

A theory class, pool or beach shore sessions and an open water trip will give you the necessary knowledge and technical skills to become a certified Freediver (licence recognised internationally) and dive to 20m on a single breath.
